It’s okay, okay overall for what I paid. Not bad, but I was expecting a little more, just a little more

I was trying to get everything set up and figured it would just be a quick thing, so I had my info ready and went through the steps like normal. The layout was easy enough to follow, and nothing was really confusing at first, but I ended up spending more time on it than I planned. After going through the process, the verification didn’t work the first time, and then it failed again the second time too, which was frustrating

I figured making a deposit would be straightforward, but it turned into a whole hassle. The page kept loading forever, then it switched to pending without really explaining anything. I couldn’t tell if my money had gone through or if something had gone wrong.
Support took a while to get back to me, and the instructions didn’t make things much clearer. Maybe other people have no issues with it, but I expected a simple process and got the opposite. The whole deposit experience was a headache, and I don’t see myself using it again

It might be fine if you already know a decent amount about crypto, but as someone trying to learn, it didn’t really help me much

I gave it 4 stars because, the fees are usually reasonable. Like, most of the time I don’t feel like I’m being overcharged, which is nice. There are a few little costs here and there that kind of sneak up on you and add up, but overall it still ended up being cheaper than I thought it would be. So yeah, not perfect, but fair.
